Free cycle
ConceiveIt offers a free 30-day cycle with no card required, so you can decide whether the service is useful before choosing a paid plan. We remind you before it ends — there is no unexpected auto-renewal.
Paid plans and prepaid packs
The 1-cycle plan is monthly and can be cancelled anytime to stop future renewals. The 3-, 6-, and 12-cycle plans are prepaid packs billed once for the full period and do not auto-renew.
Currency
Plan prices are shown in your local currency when we can detect your location; otherwise they default to USD. Depending on your payment method and location, your bank or processor may convert the charge and may apply fees or taxes.
If you become pregnant
If you become pregnant during a prepaid pack, contact support@conceiveit.app. We can pause the remaining access for future use or review a prorated refund request in good faith.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@conceiveit.app within 14 days of the charge. We review refund requests in good faith, especially for duplicate charges, accidental renewals, technical failures, or cases where the service was not accessible.
No medical outcome guarantee
ConceiveIt provides reminders and calendar-based estimates only. Refunds are not granted because of fertility, pregnancy, ovulation, or health outcomes.
