ConceiveIt offers a 30-day free trial so you can decide whether the service is useful before a paid subscription begins.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past subscription periods that have already started.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days of the charge. We review refund requests in good faith, especially for duplicate charges, accidental renewals, technical failures, or cases where the service was not accessible.
No medical outcome guarantee
ConceiveIt provides reminders and calendar-based estimates only. Refunds are not granted because of fertility, pregnancy, ovulation, or health outcomes.
